I had an amazing experience with John at Crash Champions. He truly went above and beyond to help me with my car and made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly easy and smooth. From the start, John was so kind, professional, and genuinely fun to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all of my questions were answered. His positive attitude and willingness to help made such a huge difference. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at what they do but also makes customers feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. John made the entire experience simple and stress-free. I’m so grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend him and Crash Champions to anyone who needs exceptional service.

Some unexpected complications came up with our repair and they made sure everything was taken care of professionally. I appreciated that they didn't take any short cuts. Brandon was empathetic with our needs for understanding timing and was proactive with communicating status. I would highly recommend Crash Champions on Prospect Rd. - they did a great job and the front of our Prius that they fixed looks like new.

I had a fantastic experience with Crash Champions in Cleveland. My car was in for repairs and it looks absolutely amazing - like it just rolled off the lot! A huge thank you to Jacob, Preston, and both of the Johns for their professionalism and hard work. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you want quality work and a team that actually cares, this is the place to go!

Would highly recommend. They’ve done 2 repairs for me. They do excellent work and kept me informed every step of the way. Got my car back in a reasonable time (first time it was in 2 days, second time ~1.5 weeks) and their timing estimates were exact. Seamless customer service, and they gave my car back detailed it inside and out both times.
